Key security initiative
Awareness among the users is the biggest challenge for Aegis Customer Services. For this, it developed online security training /awareness portals which was accessible to all its users. The training modules were made mandatory and linked to KPI/KRA of managers and users. Aegis Customer Support Services believes that 50 percent of the security can be achieved through proper training and awareness and have almost achieved 90 percent of the same within four months of launching this project. The company also initiated advanced threat protection and end point security (next generation) for clients.
