Jagdish Mahapatra is Managing Director, Asia, at CrowdStrike

Jagdish will be a great addition to the CrowdStrike team continuing the expansion of CrowdStrike across Asia, said the company statement.

Jagdish Mahapatra joined CrowdStrike this month as Managing Director for Asia, confirmed the official statement from CrowdStrike exclusively to IDG India. Jagdish will be based out of Singapore in his new role with the cybersecurity company. He will report directly to Andrew Littleproud, Vice President, Asia Pacific and Japan, CrowdStrike.

With over twenty five years of industry experience across senior roles and leading companies, before joining CrowdStrike, Jagdish had a seven year stint with McAfee. He was channels chief Asia for over two and half years and earlier as managing director for India and SAARC for four and half years for McAfee.

Jagdish will be a great addition to the CrowdStrike team continuing the expansion of CrowdStrike across Asia, said the statement.

Jagdish will also be responsible for expanding the security vendor’s customer base across India and SAARC and he will be working closely with CrowdStrike’s new engineering office in Pune.

The channel ecosystem of systems integrators, MSPs and CSPs is an important route for CrowdStrike.

Jagdish commenced his career with L&T in 1993 as marketing manager. He holds an engineering degree (Electrical) and a diploma in MMS, Marketing.
